Naše komunikace s marketingovým ředitelem Honzou Rezkem se točila okolo toho, jak uvolnit ruce zákaznické podpoře a následně jsme implementovali chatbota Honzu, který měl roztřídit dotazy a následně se pak něco stalo - hlavní myšlenka tady je, že měl dobrá čísla.
